Select your preferred phlebotomist, or choose “Any Available Staff” for the next available professional.
Step 5: Pick Your Date & Time
Select a convenient appointment time that works best for you.
Step 6: Enter Your Information & Payment
Complete your secure profile, including:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Sex
- Date of Birth
You only need to register once. Your information is securely stored, and we are fully HIPAA-compliant to protect your privacy.
Step 7: Add Additional Notes (Optional)
